Equivalence must consider the chemical identity, grade, purity, concentration, form and application stated by the customer — never the chemical name alone. Final suitability, equivalence and approval remain with the customer, laboratory, consultant or responsible technical party, as applicable.

Can you quote from a chemical list or BOQ?

Yes. Send the chemical list or BOQ with the grade and quantity for each item. Items are quoted against the stated requirements, and any unclear item is clarified during quotation.

Do you supply laboratory chemicals and reagents?

Yes. Laboratory reagents, acids and alkalis, solvents, and buffers and standard solutions can be sourced according to the laboratory's chemical list and the grades it states. Availability and pack sizes are confirmed during quotation.

Can you supply formaldehyde/formalin?

Yes. Formaldehyde / formalin can be sourced according to the concentration, grade and packaging stated in your request. Availability is confirmed during quotation.

Which grade, purity or concentration will be quoted?

The grade, purity or concentration stated in your request. Where it is not stated, it is clarified with you during quotation; GOLTENS does not select it on your behalf where a technical decision is required.

Can equivalent chemicals be supplied?

The specified chemical is quoted where it is required. An equivalent is proposed only where your specification allows it, matching the chemical identity, grade, purity, concentration, form and application you state. Final suitability, equivalence and approval remain with the customer, laboratory, consultant or responsible technical party, as applicable.

Are SDS and other chemical documents available?

State the documents you need with the quotation or delivery, such as a safety data sheet. Their availability is confirmed for each item during quotation.
